The Scholarship Programme Phases

The Bevica Scholarship Programme unfolds in four phases: registration, where participants join the initiative; ideation, fostering creative problem-solving; creation, where ideas take tangible form; and investigation, exploring impacts and insights for future progress.

After you register, three phases will take place

Phase one

`Ideation` phase

The Ideation phase where you get new knowledge and participate in the workshops in order to form a project idea.

Two full-day Ideation workshops

Two full-day Ideation workshops will be held in Korsør for all participants.

These sessions feature presentations by experts across various disciplines and hands-on workshops to provide an introduction to knowledge and resources. The purpose is for the group to meet each other and get an introduction to the goals and core concepts of the scholarship programme. The workshops spark inspiration and idea development through collaboration.

Phase two

`Creation` phase

The Creation phase is where participants transform their ideas into tangible outcomes.

From ideas to action

Building on the inspiration and insights gained during the Ideation phase, this phase focuses on developing projects with practical applications.

Throughout the phase, participants work individually or in teams to refine their concepts, explore innovative solutions, and begin crafting their final outputs. They receive guidance and feedback from mentors and industry professionals, ensuring that their work aligns with the goals of the scholarship programme and has real-world relevance.

This is the stage where creativity and determination meet action, turning concepts into impactful results that showcase the participants' unique approaches to Universal Design.

Phase three

`Investigation` phase

This phase provides an opportunity to reflect on the journey, analyze the results, and assess how the projects align with the principles of Universal Design.
